Copyright & Media Usage Rights
HomeView Media retains full copyright ownership of all media provided. Clients do not receive full rights to the media but are granted a limited-use license for property marketing purposes.

- Residential, Rental, and Commercial Listings: The media license remains valid only for the duration of the listing and cannot be reused without purchasing an Extended Agreement.
- Architectural & Portfolio Use: Designers, builders, or contractors may use the media for portfolio and marketing purposes but may not reuse or transfer the media without written permission or purchase of additional rights.
- Third-Party Use: Clients may not sell, transfer, or gift media to third parties, including new agents, sellers, builders, or stagers, without explicit consent. Only HomeView Media may re-license its media.

Unauthorized use, failure to pay, or unauthorized alterations to the media is a copyright violation and will result in legal action if not resolved within 24 hours of notification.

Media Alterations & Community Shots
Clients may not edit, retouch, or digitally alter the provided media beyond simple cropping. If adjustments are needed, please contact HomeView Media.

"Community shots" (e.g., clubhouses, pools, golf courses) may only be used for the property they were originally captured for. These images are considered stock photos, and additional licensing is required for use in other listings. However, if purchased through our shop, an unlimited license is issued, allowing indefinite use.

Property Preparation & Client Expectations
Clients must ensure the property is cleaned, staged, and ready before the scheduled session. HomeView Media does not provide cleaning or staging services, but minor adjustments may be made for the best shot. If extensive cleaning or staging is required, a Cleaning Fee will apply. If the photographer must return due to the property being unprepared, a Rescheduling Fee will be charged.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a fee of up to $125.
- Cancellations within 2 hours of the session or upon photographer arrival will result in a charge of up to 100% of the service cost.
- If a return visit is required due to the property not being ready, a $50 return service fee will apply.
- HomeView Media reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to severe weather, family emergencies, or unforeseen travel limitations.

Weather Policy
We shoot in all weather conditions; however, rain, snow, or extreme wind may prevent exterior shots. In such cases, clients may reschedule at no additional charge. Weather cancellations due to lighting or cloud cover within 24 hours are subject to standard cancellation fees.

Rush Policy & Turnaround Times
- All standard media (photos, floor plans, etc.) is delivered within 24-48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- Videography may take up to 72 hours, although we strive for quick turnaround times.
- Rush requests requiring faster turnaround than the stated timeframe will incur a $75 rush fee.

Photo/Media Guarantee & Revisions
HomeView Media is committed to delivering high-quality, market-ready visuals. If revisions are needed, reasonable re-edits will be provided at no additional cost. However, reshoots due to property conditions, additional shots, or client preferences will incur a $75 reshoot fee, unless the issue is directly caused by HomeView Media.

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with artistic style, composition, or color grading. Clients are encouraged to review our portfolio before booking.

Delivery, Storage & Property Sites
- Media turnaround: within 24-48 hours | Videos: up to 72 hours
- Delivered media is stored for one year after the initial download link is provided. A $50 retrieval fee applies for access beyond one year.
- Clients receive a Property Site for one year. If an extension is needed, a $50 annual renewal fee applies. Custom domain setup is available for $50.

Travel Fees
A travel fee applies to ALL appointments based on the national average price per mile. Additional travel costs may be applied for properties requiring toll roads or those outside our standard service area.

Right to Refuse Service
HomeView Media reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for overdue invoices, poor communication, or unreasonable requests.

Payment Policy
Payment is due within 7 days of media delivery. Late payments incur a 2% daily fee. Invoices overdue by 30+ days will result in legal action.

By hiring HomeView Media, you agree to these terms and conditions. HomeView Media reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
